Yeah yeah, I know I’m late. I just watched that Boondocks episode again:

6:00 onwards 9:50.

:ohhh::ohhh::ohhh:

This episode came out Jan 2008. Tarintino “claimed” he came up with the idea in 2007… and submitted his script in 2011.

Imagine if Aaron McGruder had at least written the screen play. I still fukks with Django. I can’t lie, the movie was great but there’s no way Tarintino didn’t rip off Aaron.
And Aaron ripped Boondocks plots directly from the news and YouTube. None of this shyt is original

Do you understand the difference between satire and plagiarism? You’re conflating two different things.
It was not satire, he ripped stories from the headlines and made episodes around it. This wasn't done as much in the first season but by the 2nd season you can clearly see he was just taking YouTube characters like Fleece Johnson and the teacher who used nikka and sprinkling in a few jokes.

The R.Kelly episode and MLK episodes are satire. The rest of that shyt relied on headines
