I could see how this could be construed as hating and by standard definitions, it probably is...however, he is speaking the truth here....though i do enjoy the album and think it has it's great moments, this album is kanye just trying to be "current" and "relevant" instead of setting new trends and being a leader and pushing the genre forward....c'mon man Post Malone features? I mean, Quik has a fair point.....TLOP wasn't Ye's best work, probably the most average/middle of the road album he's released in his discography. More than anything, Quik just wants Kanye to make better music because he now Kanye is highly capable of it.

Desiigner was unknown.
IMO except the Rihanna, Panda and Chris Brown songs, it sounds like nothing out.

Kanye always works with current artists and mixes that with unexpected artists,
He had Kelly Price, Kirk Franklin, El Debarge, Max B, Andre 3 stacks, Vic Mensa, Caroline Shaw, an unknown motivational speaker, and Chance the rapper on there too.

I mean the pattern is like all his other albums except the first due to it being recorded in his broke days and a bit more features than usual.
