That doesn't really sound like DJ envy.
But by the off chance that it is, it still doesn't mean he was involved in the actually scamming or that he knew about it.
The audio is basically him saying that he made Cesar known to the world, just like cesar lied and manipulated his investors he could of lied and manipulated DJ Envy and made him think the he was providing a platform to a legitimate real estate guy.
