I've reached out to plenty of ppl. Nobody is trying to help a black man including other black men.

I've experienced this first hand, even other black people will put you in the bushes to protect themselves individually. fukking weak. Wanna act like we common folk but don't wanna tag team when it's time for war. Fake ass motherfukkers .

There needs to be a union (not a corporate union) to stand up to management and employees should stand together.

I 100% agree with this. I work within a very large consulting firm. We have created a new division and most of the leaders are male. One question in a meeting was "How could we increase leadership gender/diversity". The trick here is that the person meant "how to increase white females representation", but that would be too direct so they grouped it with diversity which includes POC. I am all for a diverse workplace when people are competent, but I feel that white women are the winners for this push.
