Ooh...Russia said the report was bias??? well THAT changes everything!!!

:beli:

Russias going to defend Assad, just like America is going to defend alQaeda, that should be took for granted.

The point of posting the article was to show that HRW cant even stand by their silly little map covered in "appears" and "presumed" and "suggests"

Do you honestly believe that an unstable rocket of the type mentioned above can travel close to 10km carrying a 50kg to 60kg payload?

Have HRW experts examined between the dots for possible firing points?

or are they just carrying US State Departments water as per usual

"Connecting the dots provided by these numbers allows us to see for ourselves where the rockets were likely launched from and who was responsible," Josh Lyons, a satellite imagery analyst for HRW, said.

Hower, the evidence was "not conclusive", he said.

Limitations

The time necessary to conduct a detailed survey of both locations as well as take samples was very limited. The sites have been well travelled by other individuals both before and during the investigation. Fragments and other possible evidence have clearly been handled/moved prior to the arrival of the investigation team.

Very good find, daps to you.
