He has a financial avalanche coming in October when the new fiscal year starts and that 38-42 bill is due to Comcast.
They are so debt loaded and the parks, which was their lifeline, doing so bad and not recovering since COVID. Unless a miracle occurs I don't see him making it through this extension, especially with word of financial malfeasance having occured which is supposedly why the female CFO stepped down last month and the board brought in the external auditor.

Shows aren't hitting, you may like are poor and star wars fans has disengaged from buying merchandise, especially the new merchandise. Mandalorian rating dropped in season 3 and is on life support. They supposedly spent 320 million dollars on The Acolyte, they are hoping filoni can save them with the Ashoka show but again they allowed Kennedy to destroy all faith and loyalty to the franchise.
What Kennedy did to lucasfilms is what that weird white girl did to bid light.
