There not getting xmen or spiderman back . Fox and Sony just have to keep making pictures to keep the rights . They going to ride off the marvel/Disney goodwill and keep making money . They would have up pay probably pay billions to get those characters back to make up for merchandising and stuff . Spiderman and wolverine/xmen are like batman walking cash registers
