Disney is making a live-action prequel to "Aladdin"

I didn't get Disney/Family Channel as a kid breh, I remember seeing some of those Disney shows when I went to other people's houses and was like

I had the most basic TV package as a kid, I just watched Arthur/Simpsons/Fresh Prince every afternoon instead

Not sure if a genie movie is the best route for a live action prequel but I'd love to see a live action Aladin movie. One of my alltime favorites.

So..yeah I give up. Between you and the emperor, I'm going cross eyed and just really wonder what you two did as kids. Did you all just not like happiness or joy? I don't see how a kid of age 5 or 6 has taste that discriminating where he'll say "Yeah, I'm not watching this, it's not a Disney movie" while turning his nose up and sipping his tea. Plus I'm assuming you both went to elementary school and last I checked, it wasn't really a democracy when it came to what we watched in class or after school. They put it on, you sit down and watch

I was an "Aladdin" stan when I was kid, so I've seen it a million times.

I'd say the first Karate kid is..hm, I mean it's not family in the sense that it's about a family and it does have a bit of an edge to it but it's not like a john huges movie from that era either. It's that nice in between spot.

I watched whatever was on TV.... I loved the disney stuff, the only disney movie i never watched was the hunchback of notre dame...
