Film had me going through a myriad of emotions, you start to feel sorry for him then realise what a piece of shyt he was in real life and that he deserved much worst than he got.

This was really fukking good. Kaczynki was a scumbag for doing what he did but he was on point talking about technology and its effect on society. Dude just needed some p*ssy though and he would've been straight. The government and that professor did him dirty as fukk when he was in college though. That was straight fukked up.

Saw this a couple months ago after I finished Mindhunter and kept having it recommended to me in discussions.
From the glowing reviews both here and elsewhere I know this is an unpopular opinion but... I didn't like it that much. I felt it dragged on way too long and many scenes should've been cut out. Paul Bettany of course was EXCELLENT as Ted Kaczynski, but the whole thing felt really improperly handled. Bettany made such a great Kaczynski that I feel like the writers got lazy and thought a good portrayal of such a complex character was enough to carry a show. It wasn't.

Yo this dude did his partner dirty man, Sam is acting his ass off cause his letting the case consume him is oozing off the screen. He is impatient and completely devoid of any sense of humanity at this point. He can no longer grasp companionship.
