This makes no sense. "Bron Stans" hear all the time in these online communities how bad he is compared to other players, hear he's overrated, hear he's all kinda shyt every day on here...

And yet the litany of threads created by "Bron Stans" doesn't exist...

Don't blame me cause ya'll lack the ammo. The rare times NBA players give him props over Kobe (i.e Steph) ya'll run with it. Other than that, the only other shyt ya'll got to post about is Bron's statistical accomplishments. Which are looking less impressive by the day as Luka Doncic and Giannis are demolishing his numbers.

Kobe is a killer, shouldnt have to fight to see or realize that.
Pierce was dope too in the clutch but most of the game...cats arent trying to focus and think of ways to stop him
Lebron is dope and the opposite, try to slow him during the game and then hope he's iso'd with the ball at the end

all 3 of these dudes are great ... youd have to never watch basketball to misunderstand the levels to this shyt
Psycho Bean wasnt here to play fukking games with yall, whether you want to cry about double and triple teaming him
or whatever. The argument turns into goalposts if you say he's smothered or not :yeshrug: either he draws the double always and is a threat
or he lights you up and is a threat anyways. As a Suns fan, take it from me... Kobe was everywhere and unstoppable no matter what, that doesnt take
away from Lebron, Pierce, Harden or Giannis. Kobe's got that Pat Beverly in him and that's not talked about enough really. He just didnt give a fukk and that made him super dangerous

No. Its called battling media manipulation. If the media wasn't trying to brainwash the masses into thinking LeBron is better than Kobe nobody would post this. However, given how much the media has tried to erase Kobe's legacy threads like this will always be made because its NBA players that have stuck up for him and put him in his rightful place as the 2nd best player ever after Jordan.

Insecurity is catching feelings whenever NBA players say who they think the best player they ever played against was. Stop projecting.

Battling media manipulation by posting on the coli ? :pachaha:

Lots of young kids who don't remember Kobe's prime prolly read this site. What we're doing is giving them information that the mainstream media ain't giving them. If you were a 18 year old kid coming up right now who only remember post-achilles Kobe you would prolly believe the media when they say LeBron is better than Kobe. Threads like this lets these kids know that despite how much the media has tried to whitewash Kobe's legacy, former NBA players keep putting him in his rightful place as the best player since Jordan with quotes like this.

How old are you, Swag? You get really hyperbolic with labeling people who think LeBron is better as either kids or white, when the real world tells a different story. And didn't you grow up in Minnesota (I remember you saying where you grew up once but can't remember the location)?

32 years old. And no I'm not from Minnesota. Everybody knows I'm from Tennessee. At least those who follow college football know that.

Tennessee that's right, I got you confused with someone else...

I lived in Memphis on my 8th grade year, 2002-03, and saw the Lakers annihilate Grizz in person, my uncle used to work security at The Pyramid and we got in 4 or 5 games free that year (I was also at Grizz draft parties in '02 and '03 at The Pyramid). We are in same age bracket, I'm 30 years old and like you, grew up a Kobe fan and saw virtually his entire career...

I know you'll remember that there was a point in time where people actually questioned if Mac was better than Bean. Obviously over time truth was revealed but that was a real debate in real time, just like AI and others too, why? Because fans of the same game can have different opinions...

I don't know if you grew up near Memphis but for sure it was debatable there about where Kobe stood amongst peers. And Memphis is one of the basketball hotbeds of America, plenty of people know basketball there...

I've seen both Kobe's and LeBron's career, just like yourself and millions of other people. The same way that whatever media narratives you think champion LeBron over Kobe isn't changing your mind on who you think is better, there isn't an amount of players/former players who can tell me they think Kobe is better that will get me to change my mind---->I saw them both with my own eyes, I dont need someone else's to decide what I already believe....

And even with that said, me preferring Bron doesn't preclude me from liking Kobe. Yall dudes just gotta stop taking it so personal that there are people out there who disagree with your opinion!

Everything you said is true. Kobe played during one of the toughest eras ever in the early 2000s so there was alot of worthy competition at that time from the likes of T-Mac, Vince, and A.I.

And no I never said liking LeBron means you can't like Kobe. Hell I liked both Kobe and T-Mac during the height of the Kobe/T-Mac wars. But what I do have a problem with is the disingenuous arguments that come from a lot of Bron stans. You can like LeBron but don't come in here trying to validate his greatness by using analytics then turn around and ignore those same analytics when they say guys like Giannis and Luka are better. Be consistent. I respect people that are consistent and true to what they believe. I don't respect people who try to manipulate, lies, and twist the truth just to advance their agenda to people who are less informed.
