30 dollar credit and free Sunday Ticket Max credit already showing on my account for my next bill.

I basically told them nikkaz I was gonna cancel and was asking how much it would be for me to cancel since my cable company (wink wink) had a deal I couldn't refuse.

She was like, "well what can we do to keep you?" (I've been with DTV for 7 years). "I can give you the Sunday Ticket max for free". I was like . Then she went on with the free HD credit for 2 years and 20 bucks off my bill for 12 months!

I was like "Okay, I'll stay if that's the case"

I kept arguing telling them I am going back to TWC waiting for some offer

I got transfered to the Cancel Department and kept arguing about how much better TWC is and I want to cancel

He offered me 10 dollar credit for 3 months

I told him that was not good enough hoping to get something better and I still wanted to cancel

He told me ok he would cancel and my account would be charged 480 dollars



























I crawled back to that man and begged for the 10 dollar off for three month credit

I wish I had FIOS. Comcast, Charter, and AT&T run Atlanta. I'd jump to FIOS in a heartbeat and get Sunday Ticket on my ps3.
