Don't know how this is a loss for OKC. Traded a protected pick & a guy who was going to be waived in a couple days for the only guy involved in the trade with much potential. He can bring some scoring off the bench & if he fukks up we've depth at the 2 so he can sit his ass down.

If we gave up anything of value I'd be pissed but we basically gave up nothing.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
1. You dont even know the terms of the pick. Nobody does atm
2. Waiters is trash
3. Cavs are most likely going to make another move for a center like everyone is predicting. They just added assets for another trade.
4. This trade makes Dalembert a FA

They won.

Cleveland can't trade shump or smith this year

And dalembert is awful

Only loss for the Knicks was not trading Shumpert earlier. If we had traded him at the height of his overratedness we could have gotten back more.

This. They waited a little too long to trade Shumpert but the Knicks are still going in the right direction. With a top draft pick, tons of cap space, and Melo locked in long term, the Knicks are in good position to build a competitive team for next season.
