A lot of big companies are starting to implement social media policies when it comes to what you're doing on company time or wearing anything that represents the company. A nurse at my hospital got suspended because he made a tiktok severely bashing Biden and Kamala back in 2022 while wearing his scrubs on the job with his name badge which included our hospital's name.
