I type fast enough with one hand. side effect of eating at your computer.Dominant hand can be occupied eating while I type with my left.

I was speaking in regards to function which is not subjective. You can't mitigate not having a penis because you have no other organ/appendage that performs that role whereas using your example a one handed person could learn to type faster than most.
