Diet or excercise, what's more important

Both are imortant but technically diet is. U can work your ass out all u want but if u aint getting the protein and not tracking calories then u just gonna stay the same with slight results. I know this based off experience.

Unless your full time job is working out, then diet. If you are one of the few people who can afford to spend 2-3 hours in the gym working hard several times a week (or everyday really) then it probably doesn't matter what you eat. For the 90% of us who don't have the time or interest for all that it's what you eat.

diet is probably the most important
like 90% vs 10%
If you want to see those muscles you have got to lose fat first

You can workout all the time 3 times a day 7 days a week but if you have poor nutrition and eat like shyt all your progress(if you manage any) will get cut down by incoming calories, fat, and sodium

For me personally, excercise.

I'm an ectomorph so just eating healthy won't do shyt for me.
