yep. people wait too long to seek medical attention. The flu and pneumonia are stronger than ever. Stay hydrated & go to your primary care physician first. If the symptoms go away then come back OR if it worsens, then just go straight to the hospital.


Hydration may seem "silly" but metabolism is risen when sick/febrile. Do all you can to keep your body hydrated enough to fight the bacterial/viral infection. Even if you are on antibiotics in the case of bacterial infection.
