If it's still making profit then I see no reason why he should fold it. Relevant or not, a profitable company is a good company.Guys don't shut down companies because they're not the biggest any more.

numbers then WHY would he get rid of it? 
Diddy can still go in the studio and help create a hit or executive produce an album.
If he's doing 360 deals over there, the label is still profitable.
