What really set the whole thing off was him at the BET Awards and he basically trolled Cassie on stage telling her he still loved her.
He knew she was married with kids but he still wanted to show some type of power over her. After he did that she put the ball in motion for her lawsuit and started the snowball effect.

At first I thought he was cooked and deservedly so but this case can be won by his team. It all depends on the evidence of course but it's one big sex party with drugs, they need to lean on people knew what it was on turned up willingly those that didn't know and didn't want to participate didn't. The guns he had in his home though that's something else. He may do time but not crazy time I originally thought but still who knows what comes out of this case
