Negative. There are whole cultures in major cities comprised of people who have mixed cultures where it’s normal to switch languages or accents. Never heard nobody accuse Busta or Tribe Called Quest or any of the thousands of artists form NYC of code switching bc they have Caribbean and NYC accents

Sending a cease and desist is not an indicator of anybody's guilt or innocence, its merely a legal tactic. Don't know why folks in here acting like this means anything.

In your rush to school, your sarcasm antenna stopped working. Cease n desist letter with shyne has no bearing on his legal case. Two entirely separate situations .
