No jurisdiction is going after what is done privately (obviously porn is 18 plus) with a 17 year old unless a complaint is filed by parents or kid.


Remember....show girls movie was NC-17. Clearly non 18 plus year olds could see the movie....and you can't show certain content to minors without penalty, right? Nudity and implied sex is not porn.

17 is a gray area. Especially when many states age of consent is 16.
