Did you know black people watched Dragonball Z like that before the coli?

I'm kind of a nerd myself but I never hear anyone talking about Dragonball Z outside the coli.

Then again I'm a little older so I grew up on Transformers, Voltron, G. I. Joe. I watched most of that one DBZ season with Cell but that's it.

But I can't browse the coli without seeing references to Goku, Vegeta, super saiyan, etc. and stuff like this

I was just on a vacation trip and two people made Dragon Ball Z jokes, one is this aspiring model and one is a stoner.
From opposite sides of the country.
Trust me Dragon Ball Z was incredibly, incredibly popular for anyone under 40.
