Ricky had college coaches, his momma, the high school and coach on his nuts and he became the hood dumb blonde as a result.

Unfortunately the streets could care less.

He was thisclose to getting out and maybe go off to college meant he could pull off the airhead thing.

Meanwhile he’s supposed to be a “teenager” but already has a kid but not quite thinking clear enough to keep himself out of potential danger. I would’ve signed with whatever college and asked the coach to let me on campus early that summer to workout JUST to get out of the hood.

Coach would’ve signed off on it in a second.

when I transferred schools I had to go more than a week early or risk having to pay rent ( I had an off campus apartment) I ended up in the nice new dorm because that's all they had available at the time.

We're supposed to believe that he was waiting on his test scores like that couldn't be waived or even retaken after tutoring to get a top prospect.

If he was truly a top prospect both schools — high school and college — would’ve cooked the books for him AND let him on campus early. College is open all year round so I could’ve been in the dorm with the summer school crew.
