Nobody's saying Mac Dre was mainstream, somehow I believe the fact that he never lived to make it to the mainstream level could be harnessed for major mass appeal.

Mac Dre was going to continue to be the star that he was in his own right, he would've been huge once he hit the mainstream.

That wasnt Pacs first intro to music, he was influenced by the east coast artists of the mid 80's. When he was 17 he moved to Marin City, north of San Francisco and started a group with Ray Luv called Strictly Dope. His music was made in the aprtment they lived in, hella low budget sounded "pro black power" type of music, but had some ill cuts on that first Strictly Dope album....just sayin, if youre postin some shyt, know about it....

This is obvious common sense stuff bruh I think what he was saying was that was Tupac's first introduction to the music industry. Obviously Tupac had been interested in rap his whole life if that's what his passion lead him to be.
