just got done listening to the police's timeline
9:12am they get to the scene, car in flames
10:00 aubrey's security team (anybody that needs their own round the clock security team, could be cause you living that kind of life in the 1st place....) but anyway, they call the police saying they can't find him

it's at this point that the police put it all together, and determine the driver was mcclendon....

i listened very carefully to the reporter ask the cop how they ID'd the body, and he says "we placed the plates, model of vehicle, and the info they got from the security team"

no mention of further testing by forensics\dental record confirmation\nothing.....
AND, we need more details on this "security team" , and how he slipped pas them this morning too
that's the only red flags for me

If you stole directly from the government then yes. This was an antitrust issue, the most the government would've been able to fine him is 1million. But with him being dead there is no way he can be sued personally by people he fukked over in these deals.
