not defending anything here

but could any of you predict what trends would become mainstream now....5-10 years ago?

could you have imagined what street wear would look like in 2014-2015?

People are mad, but he made it loud & clear when he made Industry Slaves. Yall are wack for hating on somebody for trying to establish himself in a predominately white business.

And you're wack if you cannot see that it's over priced BULLshyt! If the shyt was hot, then we'd be praising Kanye and giving him props but it's not. I am all for supporting black anything in a white predominated business but this is bullshyt and most likely ONE of the reasons designers aren't fukking with him. Honestly I think they gave Ye the spotlight to embarrass himself personally.

I didn't say I couldn't. Dude I'll shop at Ross if I find a deal. And why does it have to please you aesthetically? Praise him for doing something that he's always wanted to do you hater :scust:

What exactly am I praising tho? How bout we praise the 12th man off the bench for playing in the NBA and living out his dream. but we don't cuz we're too busy focusing on the stars and impact players who are actually worth a fukk. Entering an area YOU SUCK AT doesn't deserve praise. People are only being entertained by this bullshyt cuz It's Kanye, THAT'S WHY HE GOT THIS FAR. Plus he's rich and can fund this bullshyt, Trust me if anybody on the Coli designed this shyt we'd get laughed out the building. It's the same reason Master P got a try out with the Hornets, HE'S MASTER P. If one us had his height, build and ball skills we wouldn't have gotten a try out, they only entertained it cuz of who he was.

I'm not giving someone who can fund and already have a built in fan base props for mediocrity, you set a standard in music that we expect to carry over in the other shyt you do. We expected Jordan (since we on the topic of unfashionable nikkas) to be legendary in baseball or the front office simply because of the standard he set on the court.

So you gonna give Soulja Boi his props for living out his designer dreams too

Kanye West's much-anticipated clothing line is outrageously priced

  • Hypebeast picked up a recent copy of Japanese magazine Sense, which ran an editorial of Kanye's upcoming line. The magazine listed the items photographed in Japanese yens, and the website approximated the equivalent in US dollars.

Unlike other celebrity clothing lines, Kanye West's line aims to position himself in the high fashion world with such steep prices.

Kanye's already proven himself to be a formidable man in the apparel business. His latest Adidas collaboration, the Yeezy Boost 350s, are incredibly popular — they sold out instantaneouslyafter they were released.

And in 2012, his Nike Air Yeezy 2 sold on eBay for over $90,300.

These are the ten of the most expensive items in the editorial.

    1. A long shearling coat: ¥477,000 JPY (Approximately $3,958 USD)

    2. A long fur coat: ¥368,000 JPY (Approximately $3,060 USD)

    3. A camouflage trench coat: ¥300,000 JPY (Approximately $2,500 USD)

    4. Another camouflage trenchcoat: ¥300,000 JPY (Approximately $2,490 USD)

    5. A destroyed sweater: ¥272,500 JPY (Approximately $2,260 USD)

    6. Coach jacket: ¥259,000 JPY (Approximately $2,150 USD)

    7. A quilted camouflage jacket::¥231,500 JPY (Approximately $1,921 USD)

    8: A nylon bomber: ¥218,000 JPY (Approximately $1,809 USD)

    9. A hooded jacket: ¥204,500 JPY (Approximately $1,700 USD)

    10. A thin camouflage jacket: ¥170,500 JPY (Approximately $1,420 USD)

It's expected for high fashion jackets, coats, and fur coats to be on the pricey side, but as a reference point, a thermal tank top in the editorial was ¥37,000 JPY — or approximately $307, and a pair of sweatpants were listed at ¥49,500 JPY, or approximately $510.

It's obvious Kanye losing his mom really took a toll on him. That's why I don't even give dude a hard time about nothing. Real talk.

He wants to be accepted by white folk (especially them fashion cacs) sooooooo bad it is kind of sad and hilarious at the same time.

Even his daughter knows what time it is with that bullshyt.

Possible smiley? :ohhh:

She would hit Kanye with the :camby: if her little arms could have coordination.
