It's cliché at this point but this election really was about getting Trump out of office.
The election was all about wresting power back from the magas.
Biden/Harris never promised shyt and pretty much said it would be Obama era status quo if they won.
Democrats mortgaged the next 8 yrs on status quo instead of attempting something more progressive. Bernie or Warren wouldn't have did anything specific for black people either but at least the macro level impact of their proposed policies would have benefitted black people more.

Ironic that blacks deliver wins while Latinos helped trump win Florida and Texas (Hilary got way more Latino votes in Texas than Biden). Dems have to try to appeal to Latinos but it's a losing proposition....you'll never get more than 60% no matter how much money you throw at them.
