They also shut Oschinos hating ass down, saying Jay the goat, it was an honor and we still getting paid.

All Eyez On Me came out first.
Thats why I said vice versa. I couldn’t remember which one came out first but i’m assuming they were recorded at around the same time.
Either way rappers recording to the same beat is literally a Hip Hop staple. If Jay paid those guys he did so literally out of the goodness of his heart because unless they’d paid Bink already this is a non-issue.
