I kinda did :yeshrug:

Watched as a kid and stopped when I was like 17/18

Watched a handful of matches between 2000-2013, all HBK matches

Started again late 2013, and was a regular by spring 2014 at age 31 :wow:
Doesn't count. I kind of did the same tho. Stopping when i was in high school around 02 maybe and then coming back full time right after Summer of Punk. But we were watching as kids.

Nah, fukk that.. One of my first memories is watching Hulkkk Hogan on the TV. Had his action figures and even used to watch shyt like Mr. Nanny, Suburban Commando and that 3 Ninjas sequel like they were good. Gone off on a tangent to say.. fukk Terry :pacspit:

Same for me, except Bret, Hoegan, and Taker. Taker been in the WWF/E since I’ve been born :wow:

HitGOAT was a jam-up guy, word to El Dandy :wow:

Im sure this how lots of women become fans while dating someone who introduces them. I have had a couple of women sit thru ppvs or something but none of them became fans to my knowledge.

It's annoying as fukk when it happens with women. Had an ex who got into wrestling later - was a Dean Ambrose mark... disgusting and inexplicable

The only person I’ve ever come across was one of my guy’s gf

She was 29 when she first started watching :ohhh:

One of his friends said it’s real cool he found someone who loves wrestling as much as he does :mjlol:

I’m over here thinking “dude been watching wrestling for like 25+ years”:russ:

Lowkey..."total divas" was a turning point in that play wrasslin' business...

Got chicks into the sport...social media combined with the reality tv element....alot of the twitter dames like it b/c the women are so heavily featured now...all that empowerment jazz...

But I don't know any dudes who started watching as an adult. There's a certain campiness about wrestling that has to be ingrained in you to understand/appreciate it.

Even in the "boom period"...I don't recall grown men beginning to watch...but 13 - 18 yr old boys that never watched it EVER started to fukk with it heavy.

My grandmother started watching during the Attitude era when she was 60. She quit about 2 years later though. :yeshrug:
