a ton of struggle nitpicking in this thread. especially considering how the highest profile match in dynamite history goes down in a couple weeks and it spotlights 2 black women who didnt even have deals a year ago.

i'll say this tho, i wouldve used this month as a time to boss up and take claim of the b*stardized wrestling history that exists outside of the WWE universe. thats a real power move right there, albeit opportunistic.

to keep it a bean, im not into seeing black wrestlers receive token pushes because its february.

its disingenious and white fans are taking notice. its really not a good look for a black wrestler to suddenly be pushed around this time, even if its just a coincidence.

bianca's rumble win is getting the side-eye, even by people who think she deserved it, simply because of the timing. plus, the fact that its getting brought up in interviews, just makes matters worse.

you completely misinterpreted my post.

i noted the coincidence that the rumble just-so-happens to precede black history month.

but it doesnt help that the WWE has blatantly pandered the rumble win and the lead-up to the sasha match under the black history month umbrella. i recall the timing of BHM being mentioned when they interviewed her on the bump.

dont get it twisted, bianca was likely gonna win, even if the rumble was in june. so your response was not appropriate.

Besides neckbeard cacs who are mad that Rhea didn't win I don't see anyone questioning Bianca's win, in fact her win has been praised by the majority of wrestling fans.

this is at least a step up from last year where they waited till feb 27 to post a big swole cell phone recorded video about what BHM means to her.. but it's very telling that it took sonny kiss to be the one to come up with this and not anybody in power... like if he never asked brandi were they just not gonna do anything?
