I think its just so they aren't caught off guard again like after Katrina. Let's be honest. $80 million in prep isn't going to cover 300 million people. All the stuff they are stockpiling is basically a Plan C worst case scenario type of thing.

this is what people miss... the type of cac that is on this assistance... many aren't urban.. most are strapped. Plus a large % of the babies aren't white,,, but a % of those 'black kids' have white ratchet moms... who have white male fam members who are also Strapped.

Beyond the assistance... there are whites who are just waiting for anything big that looks bad on the government. ... anything slightly larger than LA riots will set them off.

this is what what i do all day approve/deny benefits for people 8 out of 10 being white folks , half of which have mixed kids , half of those are either black or Mexican.

I moved from jersey to nebraska , in jersey you have to run through hoops in order to even get your permit to buy a gun, out here? shyt you can walk into walmart or a gun shop show your license ONLY and walk out with handgun,shotgun,AR, etc in less than 30min

breh about a month after i moved here to NE , i jokingly went into a gun shop, picked up a shotty asked dude what paperwork i need to fill out to buy and own this, white dude (with a framed photo of George bush on his wall and pistol on his hip) laughed and was like ,

and best believe his shop was FULL , so is every other one around, and i can bet in every other majority white city,town and state the same things are happening
