I don't think any of those salary reports are true. That list has been floating around since 06, and the only way to get that information is to work in the offices of WWE, in HR with access to payroll...it would be a huge breech of privacy, since WWE does not publish this information.
It also contradicts other statements made by wrestlers and Meltzer about how much divas/wrestlers have earned. For example, Trish, Melina, and many of the other divas are way too high, and Lita is actually too low. Edge, HHH, Cena also look way off what was reported even in court docs this year when Cena filed for divorce.
