Because due to that trade, those 2 QBs will forever be linked. And the fact Stafford got the Rams a ring, they continue to bring that trade up even to this day.
breh, lions fans, rams fans, stafford, goff, and everyone has moved on. They got a ring, lions are the best team in football, they've faced each other multiple times...it isn't compelling at all anymore.

Nah, the narrative and effects of the trade are still a topic whenever it Goff/ Detroit is brought up. Hell ESPN literally reference it this morning when discussing the Lions. Yall may have moved past it, but its still a constant convo :manny:

I disagree. It's always gonna be a thing IMO. And honestly the way Kerby Joseph got snubbed on the pro bowl last week in part due to Stafford's comments makes him a heel going forward. It's not over until it's over.

(And I got nothing but respect for Stafford btw)
