As far as the citizens of Detroit, they BRED to be that way. Take away all structure. Take money away from schools, social programs and mental health programs and funnel them into prisons and this is what you have. They starvin that city on purpose.

I feel you but that's a bit far fetched. The debacle in Detroit has been a massive failure on all levels. Whites took part, Blacks took part(Not as much of course) its a true example of American treason.

Chill breh. This is what happens when your city is run like a monopoly by the auto industry, kills public transportation, builds highways everywhere, and builds suburbs around the city. Decades of nearly half the working population paying taxes to other cities, thus starving the city they work in.

And no local sales tax.

this. i dont know much about Detroit, but I can imagine that there's TONS of valuable land just waiting to get CACicized in to a "reborn" city. Majority of those out of town investors that bought up houses and didn't see em or thought they could manage em from another state got they ass burned. You can't buy property without seeing it and you can't manage property from 1000s of miles away.
