I'm not making an argument against Bones, whether you care to admit it or not the Gus fight wasn't exactly one sided and Rumble is right there as a challenger too. As I said in a previous post I myself already consider him the GOAT LHW. Wouldn't hurt for him to emphatically beat Gus in a re-match, or defeat Rumble.

Okay, in all seriousness, I was just having some fun and
'ing a bit in here. I do think that Jones uses unsavory and suspect tactics (eye pokes, grabbing insides of gloves, fence grabbing, etc.), but he won the fight (on my scorecard, 48-47). I would rank him as easily the best LHW ever and top 2 or 3 for GOAT. I think Fedor is too often left out of that conversation now given how he ended his career, but 10 year unbeaten streak defeating specialists in all styles and guys bigger than him? Rule a division for 10 years?? 
But I do think Jones has surpassed Silva and GSP.I respect Jones. Used to be a big fan. I don't root for him anymore but I do acknowledge his amazing talent.

He has passed GSP damn near for sure real talk, all he needs is about another 2-3 wins for that to be unanimous. Im not yet sure about Silva, cause Silva can come back and do more damage if he still has it (to add to his hell of a run he had before the 2 L's to Weidman). I don't think Silva wants to retire anytime soon and im sure dude wants to go out with a bang. Only time will tell, but its mos def them 3 s the GOAT's with Fedor behind all of them.
