DC is the one fighter that Jones is excited to fight. alexgustonson rematch would have been a wack ass fight.

plus this will not be a wrestling match.

Jones/Gus was a back and forth fight of the year. How would a rematch be wack? In terms of excitement, Jones/Gus II would deliver more than Jones/Cormier.

If anything Gus was the first challenger people thought might give Jones problems because of the obvious size similarity. Needless to say, but will be said anyway, what worked for Gus does not work for DC. Much respect to both guys, but Jones has earned and deserves more respect than DC in MMA, and especially at LHW.
