Let's not forget the 2007 team with Ben Gordon, Luol Deng, Thabo Sefalosha........even Kirk was kinda decent lol when the Bulls won their first playoff series since the Jordan era :blessed:
outside the jordan era this is one of my favorite bulls teams, but they fall behind that team we had with Nate and Marco...the fight and determination that team had :wow:

"It'll be fun," Rose said. "It'll give me a chance to go out here and battle with my teammates in the playoffs. The playoffs is a different atmosphere, a different type of setting. I get the opportunity to play the game that I love playing. The intensity is going to be definitely high. I can't wait to play."

Does he wonder what might have been had he been healthy the past few years?

"Can't think about that," Rose said. "I let that go years ago. (I'm) living in the present and that's where I'm trying to keep things."

"You always reminisce," Bulls forward Taj Gibson said. "Every year, we reminisce about `what if.' We talk about this all the time. It's frustrating. You have to think about the times we were right there and we were just a little bit short."

Per the Journal Sentinel:

Bulls fans have flocked north in recent years during the regular season, often forming a majority of the BMO Harris Bradley Center crowd. When the two teams played on April 1 in Milwaukee, the Bucks snapped a nine-game home losing skid to Chicago with a 95-91 victory and sent the Bulls fans home unhappy.

“I would say it’s going to be a very long, long, lonely drive home to west Chicago after the games here,” Dinan said. “That’s my advice, OK. Stay home, because you’re going to be really lonely and sad on that long ride home.”

(Co-owner Marc) Lasry said the Bucks have performed well on the court in the new owners’ first year, after Wes Edens, Lasry and Dinan purchased the team. The ownership group hired Jason Kidd as coach and he led the Bucks to a 41-41 record after the team finished 15-67 the previous season. [...] “We haven’t exceeded my expectations,” Lasry said. “We’ve still got to win the championship. We’ve still got plenty of room. But look, let’s be honest. Last year we were the worst team. This year we’re in the playoffs. Did we think we were going to do that? I sure was hoping we were going to do that. That was one of our dreams.”
