basically, that's what happened...even after people complained and bungie put it in, no one used it....people stayed in the parties they were in and/or just didnt talk, use it.....i admit, i'm one of those....i'd join it and try to get people to talk, and no one would...so i stopped using it...if i did use it, i just played music through it....
