He's doing better than 99% of rappers, and he he blew up last year.
I daresay he won't be back in the hood anytime soon.

Basically. He's most definitely "made it", not sure why people still play this "I don't hear about you, so you're not popping" game.

Who knows how big of a cut he gets of the money he's generating though, hopefully something decent.

I will say this though, there's a chance Desiigner's fall off is going to be hard and fast, because he doesn't really have support from the hood. It does make a difference when your record goes pop before your name is ringing off in your borough. If you don't have any grassroots or die-hard fans, two bad singles can kill your career.
