The NFLPA is daring the league to appeal the ruling already
Tomorrow is gonna be wild regardless
Ehhh it'd be useless for the NFLPA to appeal the decision anyways since the final decision of it will come from Goodell and the NFL themselves.
If she was going to issue no punishment, then the decision wouldn't have dragged out as long as it has. It's obvious that that she's wanted both parties to come to some sort of agreement so she doesn't have to. The NFLPA is banking on the suspension not being an indefinite one or a full year, which is why anything less than that is a win for them.I heard if Judge Robinson issues no punishment, then Goodell can't appeal it. I'm kind of hoping for that for effery purposes.

The league and Watson's side did engage in further settlement talks in recent days, sources told ESPN's Dan Graziano, but neither side ever felt they were close to an agreement. The most Watson's side indicated it was willing to offer was a suspension in the range of six to eight games, according to sources. The best the league indicated it was willing to offer was a 12-game suspension and a significant fine -- in the range of $8 million.
Going to be hella ugly tomorrowIt definitely won't be a suspension for the entire season. Six games looks like it would possibly be the minimum
I mean he already sat a whole season while they were trying to figure the shyt out. I wouldn’t be shocked at 8 or less gamesIt definitely won't be a suspension for the entire season. Six games looks like it would possibly be the minimum
That was Houston as to why he sat out and not the NFL. They could have played him and forced the NFL's hand to make a decision if they really wanted to do so. The NFL could use that as an argument as to why he should get a longer punishment as players before him have.I mean he already sat a whole season while they were trying to figure the shyt out.
