Let me repeat it again..... prior precedent has shown by the NFL that you do not have to be charged or convicted of a crime to be thrown on the Commissioner's Exempt list.
Kareem Hunt was not charged or convicted of that incident with the white girl, yet that didn't stop the NFL from throwing him on the Exempt List and eventually suspending him. Josh Brown was technically never charged nor convicted of a crime, yet the NFL threw him on the list anyways. People literally were asking AB to be thrown on the list as well when the civil suit with the team women came out as people were literally pissed that the Patriots trotted him out on the field. He wasn't charged or convicted of any of those two situations as well.
So let's stop with the disingenuous narrative that you have to be charged to be put on the Exempt list as it's obviously not true.
And before people bring up AB's prior incidents, they weren't known at the time nor were they the reasons why people wanted him thrown on the Exempt List in the first place. I'm specifically referring to the Civil Suit from those two women......
