Didn't Luol Deng get fined a few years ago for wearing a pro-Africa shirt during all-star game warmups? I know the NBA is strict about their "official uniform" shyt. But he probably doesn't get fined I guess, I don't think Silver would want to take PR hit by fining him.

The NBA is under a new regime with Adam Silver. He veiws players as partners and not employees.. D. Rose wont get fined for this and the NBA will probably make a statement saying how they are in support the players excising their freedom of speech.
