[quotePeter Vecsey, post: 6291871, member: 5335"]No, he got labeled as a point so he could be included in the greatest 50.....And yes, he played point, but he was much more...

Its akin to restricting Lebron's role simply to forward, when he is so much more. Like Timmy is a PF, but played the 5 a lot, so he gets props at Center as well....

Only white boys and white analysts restrict players games in the manner you're doing right now......

And you named like 20 point guards and proclaimed they were top shelf and its 30 teams in the NBA...In essence, damn near 70% of the league has a "top shelf" point guard in your opinion and that is absolutely absurd..

There is CP3 and Russy..Those are your elite PGs in the NBA right now....That's it...period.....Everyone else falls at either good, but likely the majority or just solid.....[/quote]
Rondo is elite bruh

The difference between Hill and Rose is that Hill had his best year of 25/6/5 when he was 27. Rose was 22 when he put up 24/7:camby:

You're just typing to type now, Big -O played PG the majority of his career and is known as a top 5 PG in history. LOL@making this a race issue - like black people don't call Oscar a PG...you're looking like a fool right now.

I never said elite PG's I said top shelf and I qualified what that statement meant later in the posts, which you quoted. So stop acting dense.

I feel ya...I started to name him...But I want to see what he does without 3 HOFers on his squad first...They make the game a lot easier due to skillset and knowledge.....He's learned under some of the best, that's for sure....I believe he got the tools tho...I got faith in him..

But you're not black.........I can tell by the way you talk about the sport. You're way off base on so much and your logic is faulty when it comes to discussing B-Ball.....You really think that's its a coincidence I picked up on your non blackness simply via your posts....?

Top Shelf = Elite to me...There's serviceable , and then there is good.....You're getting the two mixed up

Because you vocabulary sucks, Top Shelf isn't Elite and I said this in the 1st topic. You're definitely black because your reading comprehension skills sucks and you need a scaled SAT just to be comparable to my basketball knowledge. You concerned about Dunks and Flashy assists, not the fundamentals of what a PG is and does for a team and that's why you can't fathom how I can call Wall, Curry, Holiday top flight PG's for their teams.
