That is why everyone that knows basketball is saying who gives a fukk if the doctors says 4 weeks. If ROSE says he isn't playing then he isn't. He is mentally not as tough as others around the league.

the articles you posted were all from the 2013 season. and no one is debating he was medically cleared that season. there was nothing in 2014 that suggested he was medically cleared or coming back for the playoffs then.
