Luol Deng, Taj Gibson + filler/draft picks
David West and Darren Collison
Dwight Howard
Rudy Gay and OJ Mayo
Rajon Rondo, Ray Allen, and Avery Bradley

They might have to throw in Steve Blake or Devin Ebanks in a couple of these to sweeten the deal and match salaries but you know the drill.
