not when the man had foot/ankle injuries and missed the whole year pretty much(bynum has injury history but its only on a one year deal, so if dude hurts his knee again u can say peace.) then on top of it the magic are gonna have to pay lopez a ton of money as well. might as well trade for the better player in bynum who will give u 20+ and can grab u 10 rebounds a game.

of course this is all moot if the nets get a top three pick, cuz then a lopez/brooks/top3 pick is a lot more attractive trade package.
