That's his fault for thinking NYC is just Manhattan. If I'm gonna be somewhere for the next 5+ years of my life I better do my research because I also have to live in that area and get acclimated. I've been to North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, southern Florida and Texas for extended times...the south is just courteous, polite as hell and laid back as f*ck. Even in the hood...shyt is mellow and niccas are cool. I know niccas in the south get it popping too, but being from Detroit it's like a whole 'nother vibe when I'm with my southern people. Have you ever been there? It's boring as hell and there's like 7 black people.

Salt Lake City also has a surprisingly small population and the city is so small you can walk from one end to the other in a few hours.

There's barely any night life there, either. Everybody is mormon, the women are mostly terrible.

Basically, I found nothing redeeming about Salt Lake City besides the scenery--it's pretty.

But maybe I'm biased cuz I'm from the big city.
