The issue with Denver is they doesn’t have an identity on offense. You have great receivers, a solid running back and they have the most pedestrian play calling ever.
The Broncos brought in a guy to help with HC decisions so the HC can focus on just calling plays

It may come with time, but right now Russ needs to BE the identity, and he isn't doing that.
He needs to come with a mentality that he can drag this team to wins until they start to get into a groove, but it feels like he's too busy trying to "do the right things"
You don't see him tucking and running or taking chances down the field hardly at all in these first 3 games on this team

Russ looks stuck spinning his wheels.
They should have kept Vic Fangio and gave him an offensive minded coordinator. That firing is backfiring big time thus far.
