Looks out of his element. He thrives off of broken plays, designed rollouts, etc. He's not getting the opportunity to go deep. Just a mismatch right now. This isn't on Russ IMO. He has shown us that he's a good QB. It's the offense/new receivers/etc

I said earlier that this offense may not be set up for him to succeed, and that's precisely why. There's very little in the offense set up for a short QB, and it also looks like this offense is exposing him as inaccurate. He missing routine throws regularly
