I mean you should always aim high but he grossly over estimated his appeal to other teams…I thought that was an extremely fair offer. In hindsight I’m sure the Lakers are happier he didn’t take it. I’m not sure if it’s possible but I would see if the Lakers could work a sign and trade with me to send me somewhere I had a chance to showcase my skills rather than just take an MLE somewhere.
