anyone know the cost/benefit of trying to hook your house up on solar?
I have $400 summer bills that are murder

I don't know the numbers, but I think it's a pretty big initial investment. but it can pay off in the long run. plus I think you get tax credit for it

If they can do this in a Scandanavian country.......there is NO REASON AFRICA CAN'T BE ENERGY SELF SUFFICIENT.... NO EXCUSE...... well besides getting the necessary rare earth minerals that high tech is craving and making sure the process from extraction to creation in the plants is environmentally safe.....BUT BESIDES THAT... NO EXCUSE

The Sahara...........fuuck...probably just takes a few 100 - 200 square miles in one country in Sahara could probably power the entire continent...... throw up some powerlines and
